Mahbubur Rahman is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Visa & Co Ltd, a seasoned professional in the fields of international education and migration. With more than two decades of experience in senior management and leadership positions across both local and global institutions, he has established a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and strategic vision.
Throughout his career, Mahbubur has been dedicated to helping international students achieve their academic ambitions in the United Kingdom, successfully facilitating the recruitment of over 4,000 students. His deep expertise in institutional management, compliance, and global student mobility continues to drive Visa & Co Ltd’s growth and commitment to quality service.
Mabubur holds a Bachelor and Master of Commerce from the University of Dhaka, an LLB (Hons) and LLM in Commercial Law from leading UK universities, and has further advanced his professional development through a CPD programme at the University of Oxford.

With a strong background in business administration and international relations, Sheren oversees the company’s global marketing initiatives, partner development, and compliance management. Her commitment to integrity, quality service delivery, and innovation has strengthened Visa & Co Ltd.’s reputation as a trusted name in education consultancy and migration support.
She holds an MBA and has over a five years of professional experience in senior leadership roles. Her vision and dedication continue to inspire the team at Visa & Co Ltd to deliver outstanding results and build meaningful global collaborations.

BEN ESSEL
Ben Essel, Director of Marketing at Visa & Co Ltd, is a passionate and influential educational activist in Africa, dedicated to improving access to quality education for disadvantaged children across the continent. Born and raised in a rural village in Ghana, Ben experienced firsthand the educational disparities faced by underprivileged communities. His work has had a significant impact, helping to improve educational opportunities and outcomes for many.
Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Visa & Co Ltd, Ben leverages his extensive knowledge and commitment to education to promote the company's services and support its mission of facilitating global educational and migration opportunities.
